More and more company put emphasis on innovation for their growth recently and lots of studies have been approved that there is close connection between organization innovation and organizational creative atmosphere. We all know that create innovation atmosphere could motivate employees to do more creative work. Just as this, creative atmosphere draw more and more eyes from company in and out of China. For this study, its study results become more fruitful and focus on specific areas.Leadership style is also one of hot study area during these days and has gained great development recently. There are specific study result approve that different kind of leadership style could directly influence the organizational atmosphere and even company culture. Based on this factor, further study about relationship between leadership style and organizational creative atmosphere could help company achieve more competitive advantages in this modern knowledge area. Considering this factor, lots of researchers focus on the study of the two relationships and their influence might have.This paper mainly starts from literature review on creative atmosphere and leadership style and build reasonable literature study frame. Based on existed study result, we put forward our study hypothesis to deeply discuss their inner connection. Then we form scientific questionnaire and build fuzzy mathematics evaluation model for innovation atmosphere. Based on this mathematics evaluation model, we use the data we gather from specific enterprise’s investigation and questionnaire to put it into reality and finally verify the hypothesis. Then, we summarize our study result and the company’s existed creative atmosphere, give adaptable advice for it and finally specify our study’s existed insufficient area and further study topics. Our study will provide more sufficient theory foundation and research methods for the study of leadership and creative atmosphere and based on our creative fuzzy mathematics evaluation model, we could provide field feasible method for company managers.Our fuzzy mathematics evaluation model for innovation atmosphere add field value to the study of innovation atmosphere and will further promote its study development.
