Management of marketing channels is a very important content in marketing research. In the different developing process of enterprise, marketing channels will growing and promoting, or restricting enterprise going forward on the healthy road, so a good channel is very important for starting a successful market. Today, China market economy developing very fast, as the main artery contact enterprise inside and outside, the marketing channels become the competition focus between different competitors, and it's worth every business manager pay attention. In the tough competition environment, manufacturers will have to face all kinds of channel conflict, if a foreign manufacturer want to be successful in China market, they must manage well channel conflict, and the management of channel conflict is a key factor worth us pay more attention and deep research.Here we put Hubbell Incorporated China office--A foreign enterprise--as our research object, combining China domestic Petro-chemical Ex-proof electric industry real status, analyzing Hubbell's channel issues in China local correlative market, such as the vertical channel conflicts between manufacturer and agents; the inside channel conflicts between different agents or distributors, selling exceed authority issue. This article based on the real selling and marketing circumstance which Hubbell met in China, and also put the channel theory combine with petro-chemical projects marketing characteristic. After deeply analyzing, we find some measures and resolve methods fit for Hubbell Ex-proof Electric itself channel problems in China, wish it could be use as reference for foreign enterprises which build their facility in China, help them doing business well in China, and wish the channel conflicts research content on this article could help marketing managers resolve well their company channel problems.
