A Research On The Contradictions Of Chinese Circular Economy Development

With the development of national economy and the aggravation of resource and environment shortage in our country, the traditional economy development way has been not fit for the society. So the circulation economy as a new mode of economic development has been accepted by more and more people. Since the introduction of circulation economy in the end of 1990s, the development of circular economy has been gradually gained widespread attention in the domestic sectors. The scholars start to study the theory suitable to our country's circulation economy; the government start to ferment and make experiment sites which fit with our country's circulation economy practice path; public's circulation economic thought strengthens gradually. However, the development of circular economy in China is not along the road we expected, that is slow under the framework of traditional economy development mode. The circular economy in our country can not shake off the shackles of traditional economy development way and it could be considered as the reform of traditional way, which can not change the traditional one in essence.This paper follows the guidance of theory of Marxism economics and analyses the contradictory relations in the economic development process of China. Firstly, it uses development and research process of current circulation economy home and abroad as the research background, points out the success and shortage of present circulation economic theory from relevant domestic and overseas theory summary. Secondly, it analyses of circular economic development at this stage, demonstrates 3 pairs of contradictory relations, that the regional double standards, unlimited production and limited consumerism, material productive forces development and environmental protection, and further states cycle economic heart of China is a contradiction between economic development and environmental protection. Thirdly, as the core base of the disparity between economic development and environmental protection, it is possible that the disparity sharpens in the condition of social reproduction. And the paper indicates irreconcilable conflict of circulation economy below capitalist production means. Fourthly, After making some comments on the reflection of circulation economic contradiction from Western Economics, the paper finds Western development of circular economy is on the surface of circular economy development in conflict reflection, which does not grasp the essence of conflict of circulation economy. This kind of conflict mitigation of circular economy, is still a capitalist mode of production of self-improvement, can not fundamentally solve the contradiction between the development of circular economy. At last, through reflection on the cycle of economic contradictions, it finds that economic development itself must find the root of cyclic economic contradictions, addresses the fundamental way of circular economy is to change economic subject remolding and economical goal transformation, and proposes in the new economy development re-understanding of our social production, consumption patterns, the new industrialization and industrial structure adjustment.
