People start to reflection of the current economic development mode, then circular economy emerged. Circular economy development mode is advocated 3R principles of "reduce, reuse and recycle" ,which is the fundamental way to change the economic development mode, realize harmony between man and nature, and ensure the economic sustainable development .At present, our country 's economy development center of gravity gradually moved towards north, so Jing-jin-Ji district economic development play an important strategic position of our country in the new periods. Facing the current rapid regional economic planning development stage, integrate of regional resources and give play to their respective comparative advantages of the region, research on the circular economy development mode of this area has great significance in promoting the regional economic development level, improving the regional economy coordinated develop and realizing our country's modernization.This paper research and analysis of the Jing-Jin-Ji district circular economy status quo based on the circular economy theory, combining with the related theory of resource and enviromental, regional economics and industrial economics and etc.. Use the research methods of macro and micro, induction and deduction, conclude and comparison intergration. Then sum up that the district circular economy development mainly has two modes, one is the Hebei mode of province enterprise in "minor cycle", industry "middle cycle" and social "big cycle", the other mode is that the two cities Jing-Jin three industries mode of agricultural circular economy, industrial circular economy and services circular economy. The region circular economy development performance in the form of government promotion, enterprises participation and market leading, coming forth with a great multitude of the government leading circular economy in key projects, the enterprise actively participate in the circular economy development. But there are some problems in the district development, such as lacks interest coordinated mechanism, three industrial link unenough and less development in regional circular economy. At last, this paper propose countermeasurements and advice to the exist problems, and use the successful experiences in development area, raise the chose mode for Jing-Jin-Ji circular economy develop. |
