Research On The Choice Of Management Mode In Chinese Private Enterprises

Since the implementation of reform and open policy 30 years ago, the private economy which almost covers all industries has been developing rapidly in China. The private economy has made a significant contribution to our country,not only in deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, enlivening the market and paying more taxes,but also in providing employment opportunities and promoting technological innovation.But private enterprises, as micro-carrier of the private economy,its development road is tortuous, even to today.There are still a variety of challenge they have to face up,including problems from governance,corporate culture,organization,corporate strategy,human resource and so on.Comparatively speaking,challenge from management mode,especially about how to choose appropriate management mode according to corporate lifecycle,should be paid great attention to,whether in the theoretical circle or in business practice.Because all other management problems will fade out only if a correct choice of the lifecycle-matched management mode.As such an enterprise will develop soundly and will enjoy a longer life of business.On the basis of the previous theoretical study,the author firstly analyses present status of management mode in private enterprises,points out the challenge and problems they facing up ,and gives a profound explanation to the status. In the following part,the author discusses diffident management mode in different countries with the goal of getting some available enlightenment.Then on the basis of the above study ,the author contracts five factors contributing to private enterprises'management,they are entrepreneurship,enterprise system, culture,strategy and organization.At the mean time,the author builds a management choice mode based on the lifecycle theory.At the end of the thesis,some advices are given about how to choose a management mode according to the private enterprises'lifecycle.The author expects that he will make contribution to the practice on management mode choice in private enterprises.
