Discussions On The Methods Of How Can The Private Enterprises Get Out Of Family Managemenet Mode

Since reform and opening up in China, the political, economy, society and culture have made remarkable achievements, especially the private enterprises have obtain a rapid development. As the most energetic and active component in our national economy, the private enterprises had become the engine which can propel the economy. Basically, in our country, the majority of private enterprises used household or family management to run their business. During the period of newly established, this management mode show incomparable superiority. But along with the rapid development of enterprises and the fierce competition of market, the disadvantage of family management had become more and more obvious. At this time, it is vital important to know better and master family management so as to keep pace with times, make continual system innovation, conception innovation and management innovation in order to challenging the fierce market competition and achieving sustainable development. Meanwhile, in this thesis, I choose a method which unifies the theoretical analysis and the empirical analysis to illustrate a concrete private enterprise. Consequently, the significance of this thesis is not only theoretical, but also practical.This thesis was divided into seven chapters, the first chapter introduced the private enterprises and made a summary about the general logical framework of this thesis; the second chapter was the literature review which summarized the recently domestic and foreign researches about the private enterprises and family management; the third chapter analyzed and discussed the definition, characteristics, development status and trends of Chinese private enterprises; the fourth chapter analyzed the definition and characteristics of family management mode which was came out in China under the background of a particular cultural system, and then made the SWOT analysis; the fifth chapter made comparisons on business model of private enterprises among China, the United States and Japan in order to draw an inspiration; the sixth chapter summed up all the chapter above, and then put forward some proposals about how can Chinese private enterprises get out of the family management mode; the last chapter chose a concrete company to do some researches, tried to solve the problem that existed in this company using the relevant conclusions of this thesis.
