With the development of economy,supplier relationship management gradually attracted attention,but the enterprise concepts still remain in the monitoring and control,and enterprises lack of effective methods and guidance in the aspects of helping suppliers find their own management and improve them,Accordingly,this papers proposes the concept of lifecycle management providing enterprise management new ideas and methods,laying the foundation for bilateral cooperation and achieving win-win results.Firstly,as the main line to lifecycle,this paper divides the supplier state into the response phase,the candidate stage,passing phase,out/preferred phase.The four stages represent the entire state of supplier;Secondly,supplier management process includes the development,selection,performance evaluation and classification.These management activities are the most regular activities of the enterprise,but each stage pours into the new management ideas;Then,the supplier's growth plan is the implementation of information and knowledge sharing,investment,mutual involvement and improvement of business processes for helping supplier improve performance;Finally,the goal of the theoretical model is establishing a long-term cooperation between enterprise and supplier,forming alliance and a win-win situation.This paper analyzes the enterprise management practices and verifies the validity of the model through a case.Through the verifying and analyzing between the theoretical model constructed by this paper and supplier management of enterprise in the case,this article re-examine the theoretical model has been constructed,the applicability of the model is described in order to meet the actual situation.
