Study On Straits And Countermeasures Of China's Private-owned Enterprises Of Biaxial Oriented Polyester Film

This is an investigative thesis for the Chinese private-owned enterprises of biaxial oriented polyester film. It is mainly used the methods of qualitative analysis and descriptive research to study the present enterprises. The purpose is to find out the reasons of the straits the enterprises facing and try to find a way to solve it.First it is briefly introduced the products of the biaxial oriented polyester film and status of this industry. Then it is expounded the straits from the four aspects our enterprise facing now. One is the over-produced to make the profit decreased. Second is the structure of the products not rationalization. Third is there are choke points to exploit the special materials. Fourth is lack of kernel technology to do the high profit products. Subsequently, in allusion to the above spots, it has found out the essential causes of this from the following seven points: the concept, the strategy, the system of organization, the talent, the manufacture management, the enterprise culture, the crisis management. On analyzing the above reasons, using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, it analyzes and demonstrates the present status of this trade from the following five points: the trade inside's competition, the potential entrant's threat, the substitute's pressure, the supplier's pressure and the purchaser's pressure. Combining the five characteristics of the enterprise competing and developing strategy,it brings forward a strategic choice for the enterprises to find a way out. That is"the best cost strategy". It is stated that our enterprises should pay more attention to the modern enterprise system, the manpower management and the construction of enterprise culture, to establish a new system of organization and mechanism, thereby to insure the goal of the enterprise developing strategy realized. With their own developing strategy and the corresponding system of organization and mechanism, our enterprises still need the technology innovation, and then can bring them to go out. That is try to improve their own technology ability. The ways to improve the technology ability are as follows: invest manufacturing equipments in middle or mini type, increase scientific research devotion to develop their own new products, purchase the new patent technology, cooperate in technology to research, increase working procedure to optimize the products performance, imitate to develop the new products, rebuild the equipments in technology and cooperate with the well-know enterprises of both national and international. The methods to improve our technology ability are as follow cooperation and innovation: conform the industry chain, build entity together, contract and bond, and gather the wit inside to solve key problems.All in all, the only thing our enterprises should do is to start to use all kinds of resources to innovate and develop, so they can be far away from the straits, rapidly gain and try to improve their quick competing power, thereby to make a strong foundation for the enterprises'long-term development.
