Financial crisis unprecedented in history attack major economic body of the world, and the corporate management in financial crisis became a flinty issue. In economic predicament, Japanese corporate combine the best feature in tradition culture with "rational system",use the essence of traditional culture to confront the materialistic tendencies of modern society , find the best combination of point between the "rational system" and "non-rational system", and then, form the corporate culture possessing nationality character.With the related theory of corporate culture as theoretical principle ,this article choose corporate operations management and staff management, investigate the mechanism and paths of the corporate culture addressing the financial crisis,and provide a useful reference for domestic firms to build and improve the corporate culture on the background of the financial crisis.First, the article introduce the background and significance of corporate culture in the response to the crisis, through the elaboration of financial crisis and a review of cultural practices of successful enterprises, put forward the financial crisis is also a cultural crisis in essence. Corporate culture plays an important role for corporate to response the financial crisis. Combining the basic theory of corporate culture, the article discuss background factors and inherited factors of the practice of FAW Toyota's corporate culture, and investigate the maladjustment of Chinese employees of Japanese companies to the Japanese corporate culture and propose the model of putting Japanese corporate culture into China Practice. And then, choose corporate operations management and staff management as the route, combine with the activity of corporate culture to soft strength management,costs management,knowledge management,distinct culture management and staff management , investigate the important significance of corporate culture. At last, basing on the successful practice of the corporate culture of evidence-based, this article analyze the principle,content and direction to establish and perfect the corporate culture of Chinese corporate on the background of financial crisis, strive for the promotion of enterprise culture and the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises to provide useful lessons.
