Since end of 20 th century,global economic landscape shifted dramatically.Under the influence of political environment and social environment,surviving and developing of enterprises are affected and challenged in different degree.How to fix the position accurately and how to reform the enterprises effectively come to be the critical concerning topic of all companies in this world.Globalization and dramatically competition push enterprises to rebuild,reconstruct and renovate themselves for improving the competition advantage in the market.For fa st development and continually competitiveness and performance enhancement,there is one common factor---corporate culture.For all enterprises' development,corporate culture is the core competitiveness and excellent corporate culture is the inexhaustible development source.Basing on reviewing about relative theory of corporate culture,corporate culture's building and construction,corporate culture's measurement and di agnostic tools,this paper uti lizes the organizational culture assessment instrument – O CAI Questionnaire proposed by Quinn & Cameron to research about SZY's corporate culture.Interview and questionnaire are the two main researching approves which are used in the information's collecting process.The collected information will be used to draw the corporate culture's outline.It will also be used to measure the four types of corporate cultures in the internal part of company: tribal,temporary,hierarchical and market first type.In the analysis process,author of this paper did the job from following six aspects with the figure and data: corporate character,leader style,staff management,enterprise's cohesion,strategy focus and success standard.Under the supporting of questionnaire researching approach,different level staffs' evaluation and attitude toward corporate culture have been well mastered;staffs' expectation about corporate culture have also been clearly known.In the interviewing process,staffs also give their advice about company's human resource management in salary,working environment and other aspects.All of these are used to review the corporate culture's features and potential issue in corporate culture aspect.This paper defines SZY company – one stated own company headquartered in Shenzhen as the researching object.Basing on corporate culture and low-carbon economy these two theories,author of this paper will a nalysis the current corporate culture system of SZY,covering the corporate culture policy,content,function,potential issues,general situation,improvement approaches and so on.The pursuing of this res earch is findi ng one suitable corporate culture construction road for SZY.With reviewing the actual situation of SZY in corporate culture aspect,author of this paper suggests that SZY should define low-carbon economy as the basic rule and core concept of its corporate culture;Corporate culture type and construction steps should be given key concerning;four transferring jobs are the critical thing in the process of transferring its corporate culture to low-carbon economy: employee transfer,leader transfer,organization transfer and outside factors transfer.
