Research On The Risk Management Of Sewage Treatment Plant Construction Project

Risk management of construction project is a brand new subject which is gradually developed based on the theory of risk management and the research of project management. Therefore, risk management of construction project is the combination of them while has its unique characteristic. Many countries and regions in the world have widely applied the theory and techniques from risk management of construction project in practical project management and have achieved great success. There are large quantities of construction projects that have applied risk management. For example, as great attention has been put to environmental protection, especially water resource protection in our country, more and more construction projects on sewage treatment plants(sewage plant in short), both large and small were built. Thus, risk management measures that can be applied in construction project on sewage plants become increasingly important. It is based on this view, I choose this subject as the focus of my research.This thesis introduced the emergence and development of risk as well as theories on risk management of construction project systematically. In connection with the construction project's actual situation, it analyzed difficulties in various respects and put forward risk management measures that could be applied in sewage plants construction, small sewage plants in particular. It also explained in detail the problems need to pay attention in real situation and corresponding solutions while applying risk management procedures. Situations and measures introduced in the thesis can also serve as a reference for sewage plants construction in the future.
