Research On Cost Control Of Second Stage Project Of Shenyang Western Sewage Treatment Plant

As a kind of public welfare project, sewage treatment can improve the quality of water environment, and may reduce the pollution of drinking water. However, the fund of sewage treatment project investment is enormous. During recent years, China has entered a rush time of the building of sewage treatment plant. Comparing with the western countries, the project construction cost control mode is backward of wastewater treatment in China, leading to the construction of high cost of construction project of wastewater treatment in China. What’s more, the problem limited effective use of funds for city construction.According to this thesis, the Second Stage of the Construction Project of Shenyang Western Sewage Treatment Plant as the research object, the integrated use of basic knowledge of project management. First carries on the elaboration to the theory of cost control and sewage treatment related knowledge, and then introduces the present situation of sewage treatment plant, the basic situation of Shenyang two construction projects, to find out the factors influencing the project preparation stage and construction stage of cost, then the cost analysis, to determine the feasible cost objectives, combined with the actual situation, put forward the cost control measures, ensure to pay low cost at the same time, the smooth implementation of the project. On one hand, the project cost control and provide a reliable basis; on the other hand, to provide reference for construction cost control of similar project.
