Wj Science Park Sewage Treatment Plant Bot Project Risk Management

Project risk management is an important element in major engineering project as well as R & D project management, but also a tough matter in major engineering project and R & D project management. Currently, domestic research on project risk management is at the initial stage. even worse,the water work engineering BOT project risk is lack of relevant studies. how to carry out project risk management, eliminating security risks, seting up project risk contingency plan, achieving expected objective and comprehensive benefits and acquiring the overall optimization on major BOT projects, have attracted more and more attention from senior leaders of the project, project investors and property owners and project managers and research specialists.This paper takes the BOT project of sewage treatment plant which located in Wenjiang Science and Technology Park, Chengdu, Sichuan as the research background. Make the assesment, reduction, transfer and avoid risks the main line for analysis. Analysed the risk management issues in waterworks projects under the BOT constrction mode from the perspective of BOT project companies. Based on the existing BOT mode risk management research in waterworks construction process, combined engineering projects, concluded and summarized the risks during the process of constrction in BOT mode, and make appropriate recommendations and countermeasures towards these risks, to provide reference of practical value to managers of similar projects in the future.
