Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone is a technologically advanced export-oriented industrial base, and has become China's most attractive investment area with the improving of investment environment daily and the rapid development of the economic strength.After more than 10 years of development, Tianjin real estate market is relatively mature and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce, how to survive in the market competition is the most important issue which every real estate developers have to face.
