The Research On Financing Predicament And Countermeasure Of Smes In China

SMEs are one of an extremely active force of our nation's economic development and an essential part of economic and social development. They can not only increase market efficency, offers vast job opportunities, but also plays a decisive role which changes the economic growth of China. However, the development of SMEs has not been smooth because financing difficulties is a worldwide problem and a longevity issue. There is still a wide gap between the current financing environment and the enterprises'hope and the satisfactory rate of credit needs to be incresed. Especially under the background of increasing the harm to real economy cuased by global financial crisis since the second half of 2008, SMEs'financing problem is becoming more and more serious and financing is facing unprecedented difficulties.There is no doubt that the development of SMEs palyed an important role in national economies. The empirical research indicates that the development of SMEs is very important for promoting economic prosperity, increasing employment, activating market and maintaining social stability in our country. At present, China is at the critical period of establishing market economy and investing in financing system reforming, only to rely on a particular financing method or financing mechanisms to solve SMEs'financing problems is very difficult. The real constraints on SMEs'financing and the particularity of their own development need a new breakthrough to solve this problem.The thesis mainly explores the financing problems at three levels, in the first level, the author analyzes the current plight of SMEs financing of our nation, and then gives a in-depth analysis of underlied reseasons of the formation of SMEs financing difficulties. The second level draw lessons from the experience of developed countries'SMEs financing model and layouts the important role of government's funds in the financing process. And then makes a detailed analysis on the fiscal necessity and feasibility of financing to SMEs. The third level defiens the SEMs'financing methods and force which corresponding to the financial and monetary financing. Meanwhile, it points out the target and developing space between Financial Financing and Financing . The above two can only be mutually reinforcing, complementary and effective interface, but cannot replacing with each other. At the same time, this thesis proposes that the development of SMEs needs government cultivation. Finally, the author proposes recommendations to the construction of the effective financing and monetary policy on SMEs.
