Research On Comprehensive Assessment Method Of Product Value Based On Utility Theory

On the one hand, with the advancement of the process of globalization, market economy has entered the era of globalization, and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce; on the other hand, since the industrialization process's beginning, the resource consumption, the environment pollution have threaten human's survival and development. These led human beings must make a new way of thinking in product design and production. For the evaluation of the product design does not match the situation nowadays, this paper bring forth an integrated evaluation method of product value.First, this paper analysis the value of the product features deeply, and exposit core content of the the value of product on the behalf of the value subject. Those provides the basis for the evaluation of the value of product.Second, use the utility theory in new value calculation formula. Third, following the index system buildding process of comprehensive evaluation, the product evaluation index system buildding method is discussed.Fourthly, according to characteristics of , presented the three-dimensional Evaluation model of product value evaluation. In the three-dimensional model, this paper were studied the targets dimension and levels dimensional. Integrated target dimension and level dimension evaluation results, a comprehensive evaluation of the product value can be drawn.Fifth, use utility theory on product property function assessment, then according to the relationship between the parts and product property, calculate the cost coefficient of the property, finally calculate the value of the property.Sixth, analysing of the value of evaluation results, study the way to economicly improve the product value.Seventh, proposed comprehensive evaluation of product value to the automation, a more micro-oriented (in the product characteristic levels of parts valuation) direction.
