The urban underground utility tunnel is an important measure to realize the sustainable development of underground space resources,and playing an important role in meeting the basic needs of people's livelihood and improving the urban comprehensive carrying capacity.However,in the development and construction of the utility tunnel in China,it is easy to waste social resources when ignoring the necessity and feasibility of building the integrated utility tunnel.Based on the suitability of urban construction and underground space,this paper studies the suitability of utility tunnel which so as to optimize the layout of utility tunnel,and provide reasonable regional selection and route direction.First,this paper is based on various factors related to the analysis and consideration of utility tunnel in the process of construction,and which is established a scientific,reasonable and effective index screening model through the equivalence relation of rough set and any prior information other than the data set that needs to be dealt with without providing the problem.On the basis of the research on the basic data of the utility tunnel,and summarizes the characteristic and shortcomings of each urban area,and selects 38 indicator factors such as soil homogeneity,foundation bear capacity and erosion resistance of groundwater.To establish a scientific,reasonable and effective index screening model by means of the equivalent relationship of rough set and by any prior information other than the data set that needs to provide the required processing for the problem.Secondly,on the basis of the index screening model,a fuzzy evaluation model of the utility tunnel is established.The optimal transfer method is combined with the multi-objective linear weighted function method to determine the index weight.The membership function is constructed to quantify the evaluation index and determine the fuzzy relation among indicators.On the basis of the dependence of rough sets and the combination of attribute information entropy,I optimized the selection and optimization of the index model,which made the selection model more comprehensive and more scientific.Lastly,with respect to that construction of the utility tunnel in a city,the evaluation index system is construct by using the index screen model of rough set theory,and the utility tunnel in the city area is evaluated by the correlation matrix method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,so the rationality and scientifically of the model are verified and verified.
