As anintegral part of familylife,homeappliances have longplayedan important roleinlife.Due to the rapid social-economic development,existing products can no longer satisfy people's needs,and the demand for private subscriptions has become more and more popular,which has led to a gradual shortening of the service life of home appliances,thus increasing the market's supply of new products.In recent years,more and more home appliances have inevitably been eliminated.In the next few years,the task of recycling used appliances will be rather heavy,and the recycling situation is not optimistic.However,there is no uniform approach to the disposal of used household appliances.Most of them are acquired by individuals and handled in some simple ways.Therefore,the recycling and disposal of used household appliances is imminent.Through the precisedesignandrational layout of the recyclingnetwork ofused homeappliances,the waste home appliances and logistics resources are rationally allocated.This not only meets the need for recycling,but also reduces logistics costs and realizes the purpose of environmental protection.Compared with the traditional positive logistics,the recycling logistics is a new type of control logistics model.Its main purpose is to effectively and even efficiently recycle used household appliances after processing.Implementing reverse logistics can not only bring great economic and social benefits,but also avoid environmental pollution.However,due to the uncertainty of multiple situations in reverse logistics,the difficulty in constructing and optimizingreverselogistics systems hasincreased.This article takes the old household appliances as the research object.First,it summarizes the research status of the waste household appliances and reverse logistics,sorts out the context of the article,and analyzes the recovery model and uncertainty of the reverse logistics.Secondly,the logistics system structure is elaborated from four aspects: network structure,networkdecision framework and network framework structure.Third,analyze the target and content of the reverse network optimization of used home appliances.In order to minimize the total cost of logistics network operations,a general optimization model for reverse logistics networks was established.This model takes into account the product recovery,demand,and the uncertainty of the processing capabilities of each facility,and establishes the opportunity constrained model of reverse logistics network in a fuzzy random environment.Finally,the fuzzy chance constrained programming method is used to transform the uncertain model into an equivalent deterministic model,and a particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the inertial weight adaptively.Anumerical example was used to verify the model and design algorithm constructed by MATLAB and the decision-making scheme of reverse logistics network under different levels of confidence was analyzed.The research in this paper can provide a scientific theoretical basis and methodological guidance for the construction of the reverse logistics system for used homeappliances.
