Currently, the agricultural economy shifted from production areas to circulation areas, though our agriculture has made great strides in the development of production, the logistics of low levels of its agricultural products, distribution costs remain high, which became an constraint factor in development of the agriculture.From the logistics chain to solve the agricultural problems is a more effective way;how to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs of agricultural products, improve logistics and value-added agricultural products in circulation, to protect the interests of producers and consumers of agricultural products, so as to increase farmers’ income and promote agricultural economic development improve the international competitiveness of agricultural products, so in-depth study of the logistics system of agricultural development for the agricultural economy has important theoretical significance and application value. With the development of market economy and increased competition, the market appeared many varieties of mass production, and consumption of large-scale, low-volume, diverse dual trends, in particular, most of the agricultural products presents Fragmented, sales difficulties waste of resources and other characteristics; How to solve these problems, so as to promote agricultural production and farmers’ income, an effective solution to the waste Fragmented agricultural products, increase market supply of agricultural products, has become a hot issue in the country.
