Study On The Vacant Commercial Houses And The Counter-measure In Our Country

With the deepening reform of commodity houses and the continuous growth of economy, real estate of our country has achieved prodigious development in the recent twenty years. However, many problems still exist. Especially, there is a great deal of the vacant commercial houses, which affect the continuous and healthy development of the real estate industry. On the other hand, vacant commercial houses takes up large of cultivated land and space, even affect the sharing fair of resource what belong the whole world. Due to the specialty of real estate, the vacant commercial houses still occupy a large of credit funds and private capital. It not only get the financial risk tough, but also affect the health of economy. Therefore, excepting real estate, it needs more attention of macroeconomic control. It is necessary of appropriate economic policy on law to protect the essential right of people and the health of our economy.The paper firstly gives the essential concept of the vacancy, based on the background of this problem; then, it elaborates the necessity of vacant houses and some related index; after that, this paper analyses the existing theory, which as the basis of the next analysis; at last, this paper have a great many of excellent experience of other country, and try to raise some constructive countermeasures to solve the problem.On the paper , the author apply integrated sciences of law,real estate and finance ,trying to have the explanation and give the salvation of the problem of vacant houses. To have the intention of attaching importance of all sectors of the community, the article put forward approaches, hoping to supply a general look for macroeconomic controller.
