Since the Ministry of Communications enacted mandatory limits fuel consumption standards for freight vehicle in 2008,domestic heavy commercial vehicle enterprise have spent large human and material resources to study reducing the fuel oil consumption on the basis of ensure enough automobile dynamic quality in order to achieve the required limits. Therefore, parameter optimization of power transmission and matching methods, which are in order to improve the fuel economy of heavy commercial vehicles, have important practical significance and practical value.In this paper, using the optimization design method, the heavy commercial vehicle's optimization parameters matching method is studied, based on integrated fuel consumption limits. And a analysis software based on MATLAB optimization is developed, mainly study works as follows:①After the analysis of the heavy commercial vehicle power, economic indicators, the standard of "trading vehicle fuel consumption limits and measurement methods", a heavy commercial vehicle power and economy of comprehensive evaluation are established;②Summarizing the existing research in the analysis, the heavy commercial vehicle powertrain subsystems of the mathematical model is built. The paper analyzed and designed the digital processing of the engine characteristic diagram theoretically, which laid a foundation for program parameter optimization of power transmission;③For the heavy commercial vehicle power and fuel economy, a mathematical simulation model is established, while fuel consumption limits based on an integrated transmission parameter optimization methods is analyzed theoretically;④Based on the Principles of optimal design, the paper built and analyzed the parameters of heavy commercial vehicle powertrain optimization objective function and constraints. then introduces the complex method of optimization based on the solution process;⑤Based on the analysis above, this paper developed a MATLAB-based platform for vehicle performance simulation software for heavy commercial vehicles. And choosing heavy commercial vehicles as an example to a power transmission parameter for the design, then analyzed and compared the test and calculation of its road simulation results. The using of multiple case analysis and enterprise's software feedback proves that: the software is reliability and have high accuracy, friendly interface, which verify the research method and technical feasibility.
