Into the 21st century, with growing global competition, forcing companies to shift the focus of competition to the product quality up, so the application of statistical techniques to enhance the scientific quality management of our enterprises has become a top priority. Statistical process control(SPC)is an advanced technology of quality management and control based on mathematical statistics, It mainly aims at process stability, concerns prevention of whole process. SPC is able to reduce wasters effectively, cut cost of production consequently.This view of the current application of SPC techniques in China started late, a serious gap between theory and reality problems, SPC applications developed software system, realizes user management, data acquisition, drawing histograms, drawing control charts, control charts and process capability of automatic classification of different analysis and other functions. Specific tasks are as follows:①Some research is done on development course and development status of SPC, analysis of the development direction of SPC application software system, describes the often-used technical tools of SPC and its application in the actual production of the implementation process, then content and meaning of the subject is expounded.②Through the system functional requirements, performance requirements and operational requirement of the analysis, the overall goal of the system is presented, in building a system based on the framework, functional structure, business processes, data flow and data conceptual model is designed of the system.③The design process and the key technology is analyzed in detailed of data acquisition, control chart generation, intelligent control chart display and translation, control chart of automatic classification of different, process capability analysis.④Operation of the system is tested by a presented example and the results function is verified.
