Research Of Quality Control System Base On SPC And Application In Ⅰ Company

With the rapid development of global economic integration, international trade has become increasingly frequent, increasingly fierce competition, under the external environment gradually standardization and globalization, the enterprise internal quality control and assurance become to the most important for competing of product, Meanwhile, the quality performance at customer side also affect if you can get next project form customer or not.Manufacturing process is most important point of the product quality, it largely determines the final quality of the product.In order to prevent the happening of the batch quality problems in manufacturing process, detecting the variation in the process of manufacture in advance, statistical process control(SPC) come into being.This article is based on the theory of SPC quality process control system, how to really make the SPC working in the enterprise, ensure the quality status under control in the process of manufacturing, and feedback timely and correctly.The paper mainly studied by the following several points:1) first of all, survey the current domestic and foreign research present situation and the trend of future, this paper introduces the basic concept and theory of SPC, the present situation of using the SPC in the enterprise.Based on the theory of statistical process control,study the quality process control system.2) Research the quality situation,SPC using status, and existing disadvantage in the I enterprise,Base on that, aim at the quality control system, do the software design plan and configuration of hardware requirements.3) Through the tracking the performance of implementation of quality control system,the result is good, especially at the product quality, production process capability,the staff’s ability of solving the problem, even the supplier’s quality level.4) Summarize the implementation results of the quality control system, the author also share the experience for reference in the process of system implementation.Meanwhile, also summarize in this paper the shortage of the whole research process and the supplement research in the future.
