Program optimization belongs multi-attribute decision making problems,which is a branch of multi-criteria decision-making. Multi-attribute decision making is extended to the field of economic management, plan evaluation, optimization in the field of sustainable development and the areas of technical and economic evaluation. Although the multi-attribute decision making is constantly enriched, in practice a single method of decision-making is Impacted by fuzzy information environment, and even lead to decision-making failures, therefore, modeling of integrated methods for solving practical problems is of great significance.This paper researches the integration of multi-attribute decision making method, the article describes the determination of weight optimization method for integration of multi-attribute decision making method and the integration of the method of program Optimization.Determining the weights in a multi-attribute decision making plays an important role. Firstly, this paper analyzes the advantages and limitations of the subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method, and then, thinking of a new combination weighting method based on Integrated Innovation, that is, obtain the combination weighting method based on the integrated of Delphi's AHP(Objective weight assignment) and entropy (the objective weight assignment), in order to calculate a more reasonable and reliable integrated weight.Real decision-making will always be a small amount of data and irregular data or fuzzy data situation, this study analyzes the gray system model in the gray correlation degree and Sort commonly used in the program selection TOPSIS method. Explore the advantages and disadvantages between the two method to identify ways to meet the point between the ideas and put forward to Propose the solve ideas, According to the integration of the improved TOPSIS method to create the model, while establishment of integrated modeling system based on evaluative TOPSIS method , Finally provides a more operational reliable model for optimal selection of multi-attribute decision-making.Article takes the Gas Production Optimization Projects of low-voltage and low-yield wells in western Sichuan Gas which I have participated in and completed as an example, to analysis of TOPSIS integrated modeling method's operating system based on improved visualization. Using of the AHP—FUZZY comprehensive evaluation method to compare with the method of to the TOPSIS integrated modeling method's operating system, which verifies the feasibility and advantages of the TOPSIS integrated modeling method's operating system and ensures the gas mining process recommended is more credible.
