The methods and theories of multi-attribute decision-making have been widely applied to politics,business,environment and energy and many other areas.However,in practical applications,it is difficult to give accurate evaluation information because of the complexity of the decision-making problem and the subjectivity of the decision-maker.Therefore,it is need to take different forms of information expression according to the actual situation of specific decision-making problems.The neutrosophic set is developed on the basis of fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets.When the truth-membership degree,the indeterminacy-membership degree and the falsity-membership degree of the elements in the neutrosophic set can not give a definite value or interval value,but a finite set of discrete values,multi-valued neutrosophic set can describe the incomplete,uncertain or inconsistent multi-attribute decision-making problems more effectively and accurately.At present,the multi-attribute decision-making problem based on the neutrosophic set has been studied in-depth by many experts and scholars,and applied to a wide range of practical areas,has achieved fruitful results,but the study of multi-attribute decision-making problem based on the multi-valued neutrosophic set has just started and can not meet the needs of reality.In order to make further study of this kind problems,this paper combines multi-valued neutrosophic set theory with existing methods and aggregation operators,and proposes new model and method to solve multi-attribute decision-making problems and illustrates the effectiveness and practicability of the method by practical examples.The main research work in this paper includes the following four aspects:(1)Define the distance measure of the multi-valued neutrosophic number,and then propose TOPSIS method with multi-valued neutrosophic set on the basis of the basic principle of the TOPSIS method.(2)Introduce the score function and the accuracy function of the multi-valued neutrosophic number,introduce the basic principle of the VIKOR method,On this basis,a VIKOR method with multi-valued neutrosophic set multi-attribute decision-making method is proposed and then make a comparative analysis with TOPSIS method.(3)Based on the theory of generalized aggregation operators and multi-valued neutrosophic set,proposed generalized dependent multi-valued neutrosophic weighted aggregation operators and generalized dependent multi-valued neutrosophic weighted geometric aggregation operators which the weights are determined by the parameter-dependent method.(4)Define a new multi-valued neutrosophic weighted Bonferroni mean(MVNWBM)operator and a new multi-valued neutrosophic weighted geometric Bonferroni mean(MVNWGBM)operator are proposed,then the MAGDM approaches based on the MVNNs is proposed.
