Study On The System Of Management By Objective Of Passenger Transport Station

With the rapid development of China's economy, road transport has made great achievements in practice, and its basic role has been further enhanced. As the basic service place, passenger transport station holds an important position. Building a complete,high efficiency management system by objective to solve the existent problem in its management mode, has very important significance for reasonable organizing transport, continuously improving service quality and creating good condition for transport.Management by objective thought, which was put forward in the mid 20th century and developed continuously in practice, has been adopted by many countries with the good results. With the implement goal as orientation, management by objective is one of the lowest cost, most easy to operate management mode. Therefore, the implementation of management by objective for passenger transport station has great practical value.With the method of combining theory and practice, this paper expounds the management by objective theory and its implementation process in passenger transport station by combining with the actual situation of passenger transport station:This paper analyzes the management actuality of passenger transport station and the implement condition of management by objective, then discovers the urgent problems of management, and emphasizes building the system of management by objective on passenger transport station is imperative. Then, combining with actual situation, this paper sets the overall goal of passenger transport station and establishes the management system by objective on the foundation of management by objective theory.
