By request of chinese corporation's development, to adapt to the golbal economy,the theory of supply chain management developed rapidly in China. Corporations began to look at their status in the supply chain upstream and downstream,paid great attention with the suppliers to establish the strategy partner relations more and more,and attempted to through the conformity suppy chain to raise income,enhance their competitive abilities. In the practices of corporations finally,the supply chain management of any pattern, is closely related with the purchase side and supplier's relational processing question. Along with supply chain management theory's development and thorough, supplier relationship management(SRM) was raised to a new theoretical level, thought that SRM is similar to CRM (customer relations management) should study equally as the business management foundation link.The paper ralates the management theory take the supplier as the research rationale,coordinates the functions of the links of corporation purchase life cycle,integrates supply localization model,tactical relations,strategic relations and so on different management of relational management to each link of the corporation's purchasing process. Constructs a multi-level sort management platform diligently for the corporation, provides one kind purchasing management pattern for the corporation who take technical service as primary service characteristic, distinguish from the traditional purchasing pattern,and syncretized the supply chain management essence.This paper is divided four chapters. The first chapter the introduction part introduced research background, the goal and the significance of the paper; The second chapter expatiated on the development of purchasing management theory,supply chain management theory,the supplier relationship management and so on correlation theories knowledge; The third chapter reached into cases of the corporation,aimed at present situation of purchasing management in Hebei Quantong Communication Co.,LTD,carried on the thorough investigation,found out the insufficiency and question in the purchasing management of the corporation,proposed the suggestions how to consummate; The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this paper, The author unified the investigated conclusion of the corporation, related the management theory by the supplier the entire purchasing life cycle of Hebei Quantong to carry on the analysis, in view of corporation characteristic, reorganized the prime task content of the different period in the purchasing life cycle, constructs one set management pattern to suit in the corporation characteristic.
