Technology business incubator plays a significant role in supporting development and reducing risk of start-up enterprise. The venture capital invested by incubator, a crucial component of incubator second undertaking, has great significance in promoting incubator's core value, formation of hatching system and cultivating enterprise into developing period. Meanwhile, it provides both opportunities and challenges for incubator's development. Investigating the investment mode of incubator, especially understanding the domestic and foreign successful experience in venture investment of incubator, has reference significance in the future development, which is on a practical operational level in particular.Accordingly, this paper introduces the development course of incubators and venture capital industry, and describes profiles of incubator's venture investment at home and abroad in detail in order to provide referential value and experience for venture investment carried by incubator in China. Moreover, the feasibility analysis of Chinese incubator venture investment in this paper gives reference advice to mode selection of venture investment in our country so as to promote the integration of incubator and venture capital.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter briefly introduces the venture capital and incubator development. The second chapter describes the conduct of foreign venture capital incubator examples and reference. The third chapter is devoted to investments in domestic incubators and problems; fourth chapter analyzes the feasibility and necessity; the fifth chapter comes up with some incubator investment proposals and concrete measures.
