China's mobile commerce has vast market prospects and great commercial value, which provide the development of mobile commerce a powerful driving force. But the short of credit system and credit evaluation system has progressively become a constraint factor to further development of mobile commerce. By reading a large number of references to the domestic and foreign credit evaluation of research results, the author aims to establish a set of credit evaluation system of m-commerce,which has laid a solid foundation for the current domestic research on user credit evaluation of mobile commerce.In the introduction section, with the rise of mobile commerce, as well as more and more prominent credit issue, we proposed the positioning of this study-credit evaluation system of m-commerce users.Secondly, through the literature review,the author summarized the content of mobile commerce, characteristics, application type and mode of operation. Then credit environment are analyzed, and the development of credit evaluation methods was summarized. By analyzing e-commerce and finance this two typical industries that use personal credit evaluation system, summarizing one of the credit risk and the corresponding credit factors, as proposed by this paper the static and dynamic evaluation of two factors that provide the basis for the credit.Finally, the author used the expert method to establish a target system, designed and sent out questionnaires. Then through the AHP, we established the index weights system for the credit evaluation system, and formed a complete credit evaluation system of mobile commerce user.
