In recent years, the C2 C online shopping, as a new mode of e-commerce affairs,has attained more and more attention of consumers. Because of the virtuality,anonymity and separation of time and space, the fake and shoddy products, the disputes or transaction fraud occur frequently, the C2 C e-commerce is facing the more and more serious credit problem as it develops rapidly and it is becoming one of the important bottleneck that restricts the development of e-commerce in china. Now the C2 C e-commerce website, such as the each net, the taobao net and the patpat net, has established their credit evaluation way separately, and the security of online shopping has been improved greatly, but the credit evaluation model still has some shortcomings: on the one hand, the credit evaluation is isolated between the business platform and the interoperability of rating standard is poor, on the other hand, the existing evaluation index of each independent platform is general, comprehensive and quantitative evaluation index is lack, in addition, the results of evaluation lacks a unified supervision and publishing platform, which makes the credibility of the evaluation results decreased. Therefore, aiming at these problems to research credit evaluation model, determine the more scientific, reasonable and quantitative evaluation index, establish a cross platform and unified credit evaluation system is particularly important for the long-term development of C2 C e-commerce website market.This paper takes the credit evaluation model of C2 C e-commerce system in our country as the research object. By reviewing the relevant literature, the related theory of the e-commerce and the credit evaluation is reviewed and the shortcomings of the currently existed C2 C e-commerce credit evaluation model at home and abroad is analyzed firstly.Then, improves the credit evaluation model, presents a two-way credit cvaluation center which is cross platform and has a unified rating standard, and detailly elaborates the basic framework, the operation mode and simulates under theC2 C mode. And then resets and fixes the credit evaluation index in the simulations of the model by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the AHP(the analytic hierarchy process), in the unified and two-way credit platform, the personal credit information of both parties is rated, and verifies the feasibility of the model through the examples. Hope this research can provide some useful reference for the development of the credit evaluation of the e-commerce in China.
