Mobile ticketing is a perfect combination of applications of mobile telecom technology and two-dimensional code fast read technology. In the emerging electronic payment environment, with mobile data channels and two-dimensional code reading machinery, mobile ticketing relies on a system platform and a business management platform which related to the high technologies including image acquisition and processing, data encryption and decryption and transmission, and ultimately provided to us an emerging data services. Mobile ticketing users can obtain a more efficient and safe experience.Mobile ticketing can be an effective solution to the problems of logistics and distribution of tickets and to reduce the cost of the existing paper tickets and facilitate the statistics and management of tickets and effectively address the issue fake tickets to expand the ticketing business sales channels and serve as mobile networks operators to create value-added profits, therefore, the future, mobile ticketing will replace the traditional paper tickets and become the mainstream of the development of 3G network era.This article first introduces the concept and features of mobile business and mobile payment,from the concept of which leads to the concept of mobile ticketing and introduces the key technologies involved in mobile ticketing followed by a summary of the development of domestic and international status of mobile ticketing.Then make analysis of the industry chain and operational models of China's mobile ticketing market. By using the related theories of industry chain, build the present structure of the industry chain of China's mobile ticketing market, and make analysis of the role of each participant and benefit gained from the industry chain. On a basis of a large amount of research, this paper sums up the three main current operating models in mobile ticketing market in China and points out the difficulties encountered in the actual development of the several models and proposes some solutions. Next, build game models by using game theory, calculated the revenue function of the main interest groups for each model.And explained the benefits associated equilibrium points and their optimal strategy of the major participants in different situations. Finally, make analysis of the problems that mobile ticketing industry chain currently facing up to and proposed that at this stage which model is more suitable to China's national conditions and the future development direction.
