With the approaching of the deadline for China entering WTO and the growing market competition, China postal EMS has been facing more and more competitions. As a component of China traditional post, how to face the competition is the key for the Postal EMS. It is very necessary to study the competition environment and the competitors'situation, so that we can identify our proper position and the developing target.This thesis analysis systematically the market competition environment for China express market via Five forces analysis and SWOT analysis, and the developing situation and trend for express business in Chinese market on the basis of products identification, market share, price, time frame and operation strategy. This thesis predicts the competition situation of express business in China, and concludes the key in market operation.Accroding to practical managing situation and competing environment, this thesis put forward the strategy design for postal EMS in the field of operation, management, product construction, capability developing, brand cultivating and team forming, and provide advices on managing and operating through produce strategy, brand strategy, price strategy, sales strategy, marketing strategy and promoting strategy.The research made by this thesis is to provide referential advices for the developing of China EMS.
