With the rapid growth of China's economy and demand on community Express, market competition within Express industry becomes increasingly fierce.As a new major force among China's express delivery industry, how to enhance the compatibilities by China Courier Services Corporation,and how to provide more economic, efficient, and qualified services to the whole society, had already become a significant issue, which deserves our advisable and promote solution.First,this thesis makes a description on the related strategic management theory, basing on the Michael Porter's competitive strategy theory regarding industrial structure theory.Meanwhile, this thesis also makes the description on the panorama of express delivery industry to identify China Courier Services Corporation's market position and industrial features.Second,regarding the development of the domestic and international express industry status,this thesis apply SWOT analysis to the basic situation analysis of China Courier Services Corporation,as well as the analysis of the whole industry and competitive environment, especially this thesis pays attention to the comparison among UPS,FedEx, DHL,TNT and China Post.In this way, at the final part of this thesis, we make the conclusion consequently that great brand and mature service networks in China are the competitive advantages of China Courier Services Corporation, the fierce market competition is the external environment, and modern management system, high-tech value chain,as well as human resource training system will be the future trends of the entire Express industry.Third,with the analysis of internal and external environment of China Courier Services Corporation according to its own features, this thesis gives out the potential strategies to ensure China Courier Services Corporation's future development in this highly competitive market, that is grasping opportunities, avoiding the threads, making full use of advantages, and making up for weaknesses.Finally, my sincere hope is that this thesis could make little reference and promotion to China Courier Services Corporation to some extent.
