Risk Management Of Olympic Network Access Card Project

Risk management is one of the ninth important components of the project management. It plays an important role to the successe of the project. Through the research of the risk analysation in a project, it can help the project designers and the managers to take the right way and effective measures to avoid the risk in a telecommunication project. It also can help reduce the loss in a project if use the mathod of risk management. At the same time, the risk management can sum up experience, and find the solution to the problem of risk. Taking the Olympic network access card project as a specific case, the thesis uses the process of risk recogniziation, risk analysis, risk solution, and risk superisor to manage the risk in the project. In the end of the thesis, there is a sum of the characters of the telecommunication project, and the experience that through regular risk management process can solve the problem of risk. For the future, to manage risk comprehensively and successively, a normalization of WBS is developed.
