The Risk Management And Control In The Process Of PICO Micro

Nowadays the projects of telecommunication are facing more risks than ever since enlarged capital investment and scale, complicated project deliverables, extended interoperability, and tight project cycle.Project risk management as an important aspect of project management has become one of the hot research in this field, but on the theory of project risk management communication research in China is still in a kind of exploration and innovation in the research phase. FOA is the quality control mechanism in Motorola for new technology and new product commercialization, as an integration activity it carries economic, technology, management and organization factors, may has many uncertainties. So the risk management should be a most important portion in the FOA project management. In this paper, from the view of a telecommunication infrastructure vendor, it summarized and analyzed the potential risks in the procedure of new product instruction in Motorola with current risk management theory and method. This article also identified all risks along with the whole project implementation procedure and brought forward the author's solutions. Along with the expertise of the international enterprise in the telecommunication roll out projects, this article also has some advanced suggestions on the localization of project implementation. This thesis introduced the characters of risks and risks in telecommunication project, from the theory of the whole process of project risk management, it explained the details of risk identification, risk measurement, risk response planning and risk monitoring procedures. Based on a comprehensive analysis of project risk management, the paper provided useful discussion on the whole process of engineering project risk management.
