RL Company A Distribution Center Project Quality Management Research

With the development of economic globalization and the rapid development of modern information technology,modern logistics industry has become one of the pillars of modern economy.Logistics service industry has become the third party profit source after labor and resources.Since twenty-first Century,China's logistics industry has also been greater development.The main current development situation of the change of logistics distribution system and circulation organization form,the main operating mechanism of the market adjustment mechanism has become the logistics industry,logistics enterprises has greatly increased the logistics infrastructure investment at the same time,the level of technical equipment of logistics has a great deep.With the development of logistics industry,information communication,warehousing,packaging,distribution,transportation,and other industries have rapid development.The logistics enterprises,which have been transformed and integrated with traditional industries,have been developed vigorously with the economic globalization.In logistics enterprises,the indispensable condition for enterprise winning is efficiency and quality,and the premise and foundation of domestic logistics enterprises participating in international competition is to establish and strengthen the customer centered service quality consciousness.The project quality management plays an important role in improving the service level of the logistics enterprise,reducing the enterprise cost and promoting the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Based on the principles and methods of project quality management,this paper discusses the quality planning,guarantee and quality control of A distribution center project in RL company.This paper firstly summarizes the status quo of quality management at home and abroad,then introduces the general situation of the A distribution center of RL company,the quality objectives of the project A RL the company's distribution center,further planning of quality evaluation methods and evaluation index of KPI and the quality of the A project,design the quality control methods and measures of A distribution center project,and discusses the quality control effect of the A distribution center project.Finally through the quality improvement system,and customer interaction,timely and effective grasp of demand,to improve customer satisfaction.Although this study is based on the background of a Japanese logistics enterprises launched A distribution center project quality research,but hope to provide a reference for other logistics enterprises distribution center project quality management case.
