With the reforms of the housing system and speed up the process of urbanization, the rapid development of China's real estate, market competition, the development of the real estate market showing a growing trend of homogenization. Kowloon Group real estate company has developed a series of large-scale real estate in Loudi City, with a certain amount of industry influence. However, with the intensified market competition, as well as business cycle fluctuations, The development of Kowloon Group's real estate company is facing severe challenges. In accordance with the Group of Kowloon facing the real estate business opportunities and threats, its own strengths and weaknesses of the Group's competitive real estate business strategy system.Describes the history and the status of strategic management research, the strategic management review of the main stages of development theory and the various stages of the main theory. The development process of strategic management theory can be summarized as follows:the classical strategic theory in the enterprise environment, competitive strategy concerned about the industrial structure, and core competence theory concerns of knowledge and resources, the brief introduction of the major strategic management analysis tools.Analysis the Kowloon Group and the Group's real estate company.the analysis of the Group's internal capacity of the real estate business, the use of PEST analysis method analysis the real estate business groups face the external environment, the use of an analysis of five forces model of industry competition in the real estate business environment.Identified the purpose and mission, develop ideas and strategic objectives of the company.through the analysis of comparative business gain a competitive edge for the three competitive strategies, namely overall cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy and focused strategy, the strategy of choice as a group difference competitive strategy of the real estate business Competitive strategy of focusing on differences in theory, practice and theory to follow a combination of methods, the subject of this paper put forward the idea that differences in strategy adopted by the Group to achieve the competitive advantage of the real estate business.Proposed specific measures to promote the project successful implement land reserves,location and design, construction, property management to ensure the smooth implementation of the Group of real estate operations of specific measures. Finally, human resources management and corporate culture of the company put forward the building of two differentiated competitive strategy to implement safeguards.
