The Study On Development Of New-type Agricultural Economic Cooperative Organization In Inner Mongolia

Since the enforcement of the reform and opening-up policy, with the establishment of socialist market economy and the development of rural economy, the macro environment of development of agricultural and rural economy has profound changed in China, there is a growing contradiction between the small productions and socialized market. To resolve it, developing ACEO is becoming an important approach. Therefore, since the mid-80s of the 20th century, a form of institution named"ACEO"is stealthily rising in China's vast rural area. They greatly have promoted scattered small farmers together to cope with the ever-changing large market. They have showed great vitality, and became a bright spot in China's new rural economic development.Inner Mongolia as one of China's less developed provinces, ACEO started lately and developed slowly compared with the southeast coastal provinces. But in recent years, with acceleration of the market process of rural economy, ACEO is showing a rapid development tendency. The thesis has studied on ACEO in Inner Mongolia totally, and analyzed their development feature. And it has elaborated the problems of ACEO's development, proposed countermeasures and suggestions, strived to come up with some feasible researches for rural economic development of Inner Mongolia, made my own contributions to prosperity of agricultural economy.
