To develop renewable resources recycling is a must action of our country developing circular economy, and establishing resource-saving and environment-friendly society. "To support the development mechanisms of renewable resources which is the government guidance, enterprise investment, market operation, social participation" has been clear in Ministry of Commerce that means to expand the work of renewable resources recycling, as the same time, the leading enterprises to do the work of renewable resource recycling in the way of market operating. Besides, the renewable resources recovery business's marketing strategy will directly determine the level of its recovery quantity.This article reviews the history of China's renewable resources recovery business, and divides it into three stages, and selects the renewable resources recovery business in 26 cities as the research objects which are the first batch pilot city that has been determined by the Ministry of Commerce, particularly including the leading enterprises which is supporting by the government, and looks into the current operating conditions and characteristics of the renewable resource recycling business ,then analyzes the problems of renewable resource recycling business in marketing. This article presents the flow of building the marketing model of renewable resource recycling business', and determines the marketing model'connotation of renewable resource recycling business, including marketing ideas, marketing strategies and tactics.Then, according to the flow ,this article makes a analysis to external marketing environment and business internal environment of renewable resource recycling business and makes a summarize by SWOT ,it concludes that the marketing environment faced by the enterprises is fit for the enterprises to develop towards the direction of marketization and industrialization.After defining the marketing objectives of the renewable resources recycling business, this article presents that the enterprises should regard green marketing, service marketing and network marketing as their overall marketing idea, and makes a detail analysis to the connotation of three marketing ideas as well as specific implementation strategy which is based on the analysis of the characteristics of renewable resources recycling business. This article plans the marketing strategy in renewable resource recycling business, and chooses to build marketing strategy based on 4C. Finally, this article applies the marketing model into Hainan Lvbao renewable resources co., ltd.. After this article points out the marketing problems of Hainan Lvbao by the marketing model building flow, it uses the SWOT model to analyze external marketing environment and internal marketing environment facing by the company, and then proposes the company's marketing goals and segments. Then this article makes the marketing strategies for the company, which is based on three ideas that is the green marketing, services marketing, network marketing and combined with the company's specific condition, besides, this article makes the marketing tactics for the company by 4C. At the same time, this article builds a protection and support system in order to promote the marketing model of the company, and analyses the consequences of the implementation of marketing models.
