Organization structure is basic structure of an enterprise, an important part of business management, and base of survival and development. A reasonable structure is the key of the enterprise's survival and development, on the contrary, unreasonable structure will impede the normal operation of enterprises, and reduce operating efficiency, thereby affecting the effectiveness of enterprise performance and business owners.Sichuan A Fishery limited company, a leading enterprise of aquatic-based in Chengdu, was seriously affected by the earthquake. After the earthquake, many internal factors varied with external factors by the earthquake, business development entered a new stage, and therefore, enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenge. Under the influence of new environment, organization structure must remain the same step to adjust their business activities to ensure the normal development, to ensure the efficient running of business operations. Therefore, this article is based on the starting point, to study the reasons of organization structure reform, to link the current situation and problems of organization structure to explore and analyze the need for change of organizational structure, and then put forward for changes in organization structure countermeasures.First, the study is based on the investigation about Sichuan A Fishery limited company. Through the use of data collection, questionnaire, interview, contrast analysis, this article analyzes environmental change of Sichuan A Fishery limited company from the macroeconomic environment, technical environment, natural environment, the internal environment, and analyzes the change of contingency factors of organization structure from the standpoint of business strategy, enterprise technology, personnel quality, firm size, business life cycle. About the macro environment, the thesis policy analyses the policy environment, technical environment, economic environment in three aspects of environmental factors. In the enterprise internal environment of enterprise assets, human resources, market, the enterprise culture, the environmental factors.Second, on the analysis of the enterprise environment and internal environment factors, this paper analysis on the key factors of organizational structure change of contingency before and after the comparative analysis, including the enterprise strategic changes, the enterprise technological changes, personnel quality, enterprise scale and life cycle changes.Third, based on analysis of the current situation of organization structure, this paper diagnoses status of the organization structure, then obtains the following problem of the organization structure:the functions of the company structure is not enough sound system; high degree of organizational machinery, lack of organic; rough division of labor organizations, to be refined; business sector and job responsibilities not clearly defined, further weakened the company's management control; the functions and departments for their own interest, do not pay attention to the overall interests of business objectives; excessive concentration of power within the organization; complex relationships within the organization, assessment not in place.Finally, in allusion of main problems of organization structure for the company's, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:sound corporate functions of the organization structure; organization structure delivering; enhance organizational specialization; distinct departments and job responsibilities, and strengthen management control; on appropriate level of decentralization; improving human resources management system; supporting change corporate culture.
