| Realizing the rice increase needs to introduce and popularize advanced agriculture technology.Agro-technical popularization personnel is the key to transformation of agricultural science and technology for agricultural productivity, they has an important role to improve the yield of rice.Based on the theory of agricultural extension theory, and behavior theory, and human capital theory, with reference to the related literature at home and abroad, and on the basis of qualitative and quantitative research studies,the paper analyze the factors of agro-technical popularization personnel of technology of rice yield in Sichuan rice grain of rice farmers to 235 samples. The main contents include the following aspects:(1)Based on the related literature at home and abroad, reviewed relevant current situation,the research status of the agricultural extension theory, the behavior study related theory and the theory of human capital theory basis for guiding the paper. The theory emphasize the importance of behavior; From the Angle of behavior analyze farmers and agro-technical popularization personnel behavior; Incentive and encouraged agro-technical popularization personnel to work efficiency. (2)The author analyzes agro-technical popularization personnel technical popularization current situation, and compares with agro-technical popularization personnel and untrained agro-technical popularization personnel promote farmer rice yield differences that agro-technical popularization personnel in the important position of farmer rice production.(3)From the angle of agro-technical popularization personnel establishment rice production factors model, then analyze the sample data with logistic model regression. Finally the regression results are analyzed on agro-technical popularization personnel on the influencing factors of rice production. (4)Agro-technical popularization personnel technology promotion behavior to the rice yield difference is analyzed. The reason analysis including:Agro-technical popularization personnel in rice production has the important position; The reason of agro-technical popularization personnel working attitude;The reason of guidance to farmers factors such as rice yield significant positive impact of agro-technical popularization personnel;The reason of technical popularization and the rice scale exist synergies.Through comprehensive analysis, the author concluded that the conclusion and policy recommendations.
