A Study On The Risk Management System Of Technological Innovation Of SME Based On The Internal Risk Control And The Guarding Against External Risk

Along with the economical rapid development, the science and technology changes with each passing day,the technology innovation achievement emerges unceasingly, the technology competition is stiff day by day, the technology innovation has become the leading strength that influences and promotes the world economics and the political pattern.In this case,enterprise is already falling behind that simply relies on quantity and quality to win competitive advantage,especially for SME.Because of lack of inherent competitive advantages,it is of various disadvantages that the SME competes with large enterprises.Only by constant technological innovation, the SME can win inexhaustible power to the survival and development.By drawing on risk management theory, technological innovation theory, new institutional economics,systems theory, and modern management thoughts and results,this paper comprehensively and deeply analyzes the construction risk management system of technological innovation of SME using inductive and deductive analysis of the combination of empirical and normative analysis method of combining,and then puts forward a set of risk management models of technological innovation system of SME according to the current situation of risk management innovation of SME.The risk management system of technological innovation of SME as necessary institutional arrangements in the technical innovation of SME in China must be systematically constructed from the internal control and the guarding against external risk.The internal control of technological innovation includes the governance structure of technology innovation and the risk management culture of technology innovation.The guarding against external risk of technological innovation includes the risk early warning system and the risk management analysis and processing system of technological innovation of SME. Finally, the article summarizes and puts forward issues on the risk management of innovation of SME in future studies.
