In the rapidly developing information economy era,competition among enterprises have become more and more serious, enterprises compete from land, resources,information and technology in the past to talent now,especially with the core competitiveness,so the important part of enterprise management is the core talent management. The enterprise which owns the high-quality human resources and gives full play to the role of human resources will be able to grasp initiative of the economic development and therefore have an advantage in global competition. The core talents have a great and high contribution impact in the enterprise,they can not be replaced by someone else,the number of core talents is small,they have high mobility and learning autonomy,they have a higher knowledge and skills and more experience , they master the key technology,engage in core business, control critical resources and ensure success of business strategy.Companies should constantly improve the recruitment,training,payment,performance and incentive systems,establish a sound corporate culture system for the core talents and create a good working environment,they focus on the core talents management,take regular and irregular communication and exchange,meet the actual needs of employees,improve employee satisfaction and corporate sense of belonging and reduce the turnover rate of core employees.The thesis aims at the core talent of enterprise,researches from the definition and characteristics of the core staff , analyses the loss of key employees turnover, and takes the qualitative and quantitative analysis with fault tree and analytic hierarchy process,and finally find out the measures to control key employee turnover,we wish to reduce and control the rate of key employee turnover. Therefore,the thesis analyses the loss of key employee turnover,identifies the reasons and carries out some measures. We hope above analysis and research have some practical significance for enterprise managers.
