Liquor industry is an ancient and unique industry which plays a very important role in the construction and development of our national economy. So studying the liquor industry has very important realistic meanings. China's liquor industry has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up and reached its peak in the late nineties of last century. But it gradually declines after nearly ten years and reached a bottom in 2004.In 2005, the liquor industry began to recover. At present, China's liquor industry is at the recovery stage. So to speak, the spring of the liquor industry in China backs again. From some aspects such as the present state of the liquor industry, China wine industry facing the opportunities and challenges, China's liquor consumers'consumption habits and the development trend of the liquor industry, this thesis uses the theories such as comparative advantage theory, theory on national competition superiority and five kinds of strength models to make a comprehensive analysis on the liquor industry in China and ,according to the results of analysis ,tries to propose the right countermeasures about the development of China's liquor industry. At present China's liquor industry is at the recovery stage of the industry, but it exists many problems in the aspects of production, sales, management etc which confronts challenges about the impact of foreign wine, the development of alternatives and the diversion of the consumers'consumption habits etc. To solve these problems and challenges, this thesis puts forwards countermeasures and measures of the development of China's liquor industry.
