Research On Suppliers Quality Management Model Of CS CO.,LTD

About 30 years'policy of Chinese reform and opening-up has greatly promoted the development of national economy, people's increasing needs of material and cultural things are indeed satisfied. The ever expensive cars and some other durable consumer goods which stand for one's identity and status have become much more ordinary. Recent years, the demands for cars and the number of cars'using have increasing more, therefore, the increasing demands for a larger number of vehicles will promote the fast development of China's automobile industry. According to the released statistics of German Automobile Manufacturers Association, it shows that in the year 2008 Chinese auto production has been over Germany and the United States, ranking the first in the world.This paper begins with the introduction of the development of the domestic auto market and the present situation of the corporation CS, presents CS'challenges and opportunities, and then discusses the significance of the appliance of quality management in the company. Meanwhile, some reaserches have been done for the situation and trends of quality management and development in domestic and international country, then, this paper introduces the concept of supplier quality management and its development. Also, it introduces some common implementation process of supplier quality management, in which taking the domestic Shanghai GM, Shanghai GM Wuling, Wuhan Honda and other auto companies'supplier quality management as an example to do the relevant description. To be the most important, this paper focuses on the CS's quality management and the company'specific supplier quality management processes and methods, so that we can find out a proper model for the development of the company's supplier quality management, In addition, this paper has pay more attention to the problems in the process of the appliance of CS's supplier quality management, and sorts out the corresponding improvement ideas and principles, then presents the corresponding short-and long-term improvement programs and initiatives. Thanks to the improvement of the process, the corporation has made great changes in the past one year, some of the problems is quite changed, and achieved some worthy results. CS's supplier quality management has an important significance in the market, especially for the company which acting as manufacturers for motor vehicles. By the wide spread of the supplier quality management and control, more and more companies will enhance their business competivity, so that we can narrow the gaps compared with the developed countries in producing and management. Finally, China is to become a country which not only leads the largest number of car manufacturing and consumption, but also car manufacturing power.
