Firstly with the promotion of the city and the reform of the housing system, real estate in my country has developed greatly in recent years. It then in the national real estate has a good marketing and prosperous situation. However, the proportion of real estate investment is gradually enlarging recently, and then the proportion of real estate loan balance is rising rapidly at the same time. Particularly the general increasing of the commodity apartments'price in many big cities of our country, which attracted the attention of many people from all field on whether China's current real estate prices are reasonable or not. The real estate then market appears bubble or not and so on.We all know, firstly real estate has double character of fictitious and real. Secondly, then the real character of real estate is essential. However, then the real estate fictitious is the basis of the bubble of real estate. We know all markets are separate and independent in the market. However, recently, as capital flows between regions more and more smoothly, recently traffic condition gets better, and the real estate investment spreads different regions easily, recently the land-fixed character of real estate market fade out gradually, recently which make it possible that the bubble of real estate be infected between several regions in our country.This paper firstly introduced the basic concepts of the bubble economy, and recently compared the differences between foam economy and the economic foam。Finally we hardly through the analysis on the present development situation and existence questions of our country real estate market, recently we did thoroughly research on international commonly used methods to examine real estate bubble"target indicate law"hardly, recently we carried on the real diagnosis analysis to the national data, then further the understanding to the real estate, then through carrying on the case analysis to Japanese and Southeast Asia's financial crisis initiated of the real estate bubble, recently fully understood the harm of real estate froth, recently discovered objective reason that be able to initiate the real estate bubble better at present, recently in my paper we discussed the early warning mechanism to the real estate bubble, finally we put forward the proposals regard how to prevent the real estate bubble and guiding our country real estate profession health and reasonable development in the future.
