The Cash Flow Management Of The Power Supply Enterprise And Its Informational Research Under The Environment Of ERP

Cash flow management is the core of enterprise financial management, using its internal budget management of all kinds of resources, which are allocated, controlled, evaluated, in order to effectively organize the production and operation activities and to complete the set objectives. However, because there is not any IT environment support for the traditional cash flow budget management, not only is the budgeting formation of cash flow difficult, but also the cash flow budget effect also can discount with no real-time dynamic actual data support. Accordingly, we can realize that the study design of the cash flow management under the environment of informational system is necessary and also has very important practical significance. This article status some pressing problems about the power supply enterprise cash flow management to be solved; analysis and designs its management strategic direction and puts forward the power supply enterprise strategic mode and long-term cash flow budget management method; reconstitute the tactical cash flow process in the power supply enterprise cash flow management and strengthen overall cash flow of short-term management; then, respectively designs the organizational structure and operating system in the ERP environment for power supply enterprises cash flow management; and finally writes software system using ABAP language under the basis of the designed process. In ERP environment, the cash flow management standardization, modernization and informational management can improve the power supply enterprise financial management work in quality and efficiency.
