Study On Evaluation Of Regional Forestry Socialized Service System

In recent years, all over the country launched a new round of forestry propery right reform wave to establish the dominant position of foresters. However, with the deepening of reform, facing from traditional forestry to modern forestry and from the natural process of transformation to a market economy, foresters must encounter a number of new problems which are previously not encountered by our own strength and difficult to resolve. So a corresponding set of complementary reforms grows, especially forestry socialized service system which can provide comprehensive services to promote the development of forestry. How to weight the building of the forestry socialized service system becomes the key problem of deepening the forestry propery right reform.First, reviewing of the existing literature to study the forestry socialized service,this thesis analyzes the connotation of forestry socialized service system, service content, the main structure, and present situation. And in accordance with certain principles this thesis selects the evaluation index of regional forestry social service system about fore faces: technology, education, financial, legal.Secondly, by studying the evaluation methods, the thesis uses the factor analysis to evaluate the selected sample of 15 provinces, and extract three main factors: the level of support, service level, financial input, and obtain the scores and the rankings of each factor and integrated. Then, the thesis uses the cluster analysis to advance the cluster evaluation of 15 samples. At the same time, the results of empirical analysis are discussed further from the two aspects: synthesis and breakdown.Finally, this thesis brings forward several suggestions for improvement of the regional forestry socialized service system according to the whole-length research.
