| The current international Quality Management System (QMS), Environment Management System (EMS) and the Occupation Healthy and Safety Management System (OHSMS) have been playing increasingly more important role in the process of the development and have become more important influencing factors in their economic growth potential and their management level.QEO management system formed from integration three standards(Quality, Environment, and Occupation Healthy and Safety Management System) based on building QMS,EMS,and OHSMS.The thoughts and essential factors of the three standards have strong association. And their operation mode and document structure are also very similar. Therefore, it is feasible to set up and operation QEO management.This paper discussed the feasibility and necessity of integration according to the produce and element structure of the three standards, and combining the characteristic of building and operation QEO management system in Ansteel Ltd.
