Research On Measures To Improve The Operation Management System Of Hbabc

Nowadays, competition among domestic commercial banks becomes moreand more violent. Under the general background of financial productsconvergence, the effect of operation management is being discovered andappreciated on serviceability rising, operating risks controlling, costs reducingand profits creating further. In Heilongjiang Branch of Agricultural Bank ofChina (HBABC), the original operating mode that bank outlets are fullyfunctional and counter tellers are in charge of everything has been broken, whilenew operating mode of separation of reception from back end, and operationmanagement system of risk centralized controlling are preliminary establishedinstead.By investigating the problems lie in the operation management system andreferencing domestic and foreign advanced concepts, we try to findcorresponding solutions to realize the positive effect on risks controlling,serviceability guarantee, and profits creating, aiming at constructing centralized,effective, concise, safe and fully functional operation management system ofmodern commercial bank.Both normal analysis and empirical investigation are adopted in addressingthe problems existing in function categorization, business centralized processing,material centralized preservation, operation risk guarding and controlling, andlabor combination on counter in HBABC. It is found through static and dynamicanalysis that the reasons include that the mode of “process bank” has not beenestablished, source configuration is not reasonable, no rapid-responsesupervision on operation management is available, and there is no unifiedstandard for labor combination on counter. By qualitative and quantitativeanalysis, the aim for HBABC operation management system construction andimprovement is proposed in this thesis. The corresponding solutions are alsoproposed in detail for addressing the function of operation management,perfecting organizing framework, raising the level for business centralizedprocessing in back end, normalizing operation archive management, increasing the ability of risk controlling, rationalizing labor combination on counter, etc.
